*Peppercomm* takes top spot in 50 best places to work in *NYC*
Peppercomm, an advertising and public relations company, has earned the No. 1 spot on Crain’s 2012 50 Best Places to Work in NYC.
A first-timer on the list, Peppercomm joins the other 49 companies as firms that have taken an aggressive approach towards making their businesses atmosphere attractive to employees.
Crain’s New York Business reports that Peppercomm offers a multitude of reasons for their employee to love where they work ranging from online professional development training courses to the ability to opt for a three-to six-month term at the firms San Francisco or London offices.
It also prides itself on generous pay and benefits as well as a Fun Committee, which orchestrates office events such as wine tastings and special off-site celebrations, according to its website.
The 50 firms on the list in total have added about 190 new positions in the past year, Crains’ reports.
